Map Cafe
This beautiful small cafe is based in Kentish Town, and has plenty of homemade chocolate cakes and great coffee. They place fresh flowers on the tables, do regular film screenings and even have evenings of live music to bring a whole new level to the coffee shop experience.

Kipferl
If you have ever been to Vienna, you’ll know of this delicious cake known as sachertorte, and you will be able to find it at Kipferl. Hidden in the narrow lanes of Camden Market, this Austrian-style coffee shop has amazing coffee, cakes and snacks, and is great for an afternoon date. If the date goes well, they also have a dinner menu and a selection of wines, so you do not have to move.

Bar Termini
Whilst Bar Termini is a bar by night and a coffee shop by day, this place mimics the feel of a small Italian railway station bar. Symbolic of journeys and new beginnings, this railway feeling brings new romanticism to your date, and they have amazing Italian pastries and great coffee.

Dominique Ansel Bakery
Whilst this may not strike you as being a very romantic location, the selection of their menu definitely will help make you feel comfortable. Will marshmallow-based hot chocolates, and fresh cakes from the oven, Dominique Ansel Bakery will warm you up inside.
